Archaeologists Recently Uncovered Three Ancient Shipwrecks

Three ancient ships were discovered recently in different parts of the world, giving archaeologists a unique look back in time. The oldest was uncovered in Serbia when archaeologists unearthed a ship from the Roman empire, dating back to the third century, A.D. The ship was remarkably intact, and experts found other smaller boats nearby.

Archaeologists then found a 200-year-old shipwreck off Mexico’s Caribbean coast. They think the ship was of English origin, from the late 18th or early 19th century.

And in the U.S., a storm recently revealed the 100-year-old wreck of a steel boat in Utah’s Great Salt Lake.
