One of the biggest festivals to hit downtown Chicago has officially been cancelled.
Mayor Lori Lightfoot announced a series of events that are cancelled.. but, also some events that will be 'reimagined' to keep people safe and healthy.
Cancelled:
- Chicago SumemrDance
- Taste of Chicago
- Lollapalooza
- The Chicago Air and Water Show at North Avenue Beach
- Chicago Jazz Festival in Millennium Park

Events that have been reimagined are also as follows:
- "Millenium Park at Home"
- "SummerDance in Place"
- "Taste of Chicago To-Go"
