Police have issued a community alert after a man exposed himself to a 4-year-old girl at a park in Chicago.
The incident happened Friday, July 17 at 35th Street and Winchester Avenue, in McKinley Park, around 3 p.m. According to police reports of the incident, a mother and her daughter were playing in the park when they were approached by the man. After he exposed himself to the child, the mother confronted him. He took off running, and no one was able to catch him.
His image was captured by nearby surveillance cameras, and police have released still photos of him.
