Country singer, Filmore, married his girlfriend of three years, Paige Korte, on Tuesday (October 20). The couple officially tied the knot in a "very intimate" ceremony in Isle of Palms, South Carolina, which is the same place Korte's parents got engaged 32 years ago, People reports.
"The entire day incorporated small touches," told the publication. "The coordinates of where we [got] married are the same coordinates that are stamped on Tyler's ring. We also hand-rolled cigars with our last name, Filmore, on them."
In attendance for the big day was the couple's friends, family and even their dogs Wrangler and Nala. Filmore's bus driver, Rick Griffith, married the couple, who both wrote their own vows.
To make the day even more special, Korte decided to wear incorporate the old tradition of wearing something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue. The bride's "something old" was her mother's wedding earrings, her "something new" was her dress, her "something borrowed" was Filmore's grandmother's pearl and diamond ring and her "something blue" was her mother's blue sapphire wedding band.
Following the beach ceremony, the couple and their guests moved to Korte's parents' home nearby for the reception, where they had their first dance to Train's "Marry Me."
The couple will spend their honeymoon in the Rocky Mountains due to the pandemic. However, when it's safe to do so, they plan to have a second honeymoon in Europe.
