It's been 15 years since Shania Twain released her first album and now we're getting a new one. She says the delay in putting out new music is because of a vocal chord condition called dysphonia. Over the last few years she's received voice therapy and is able to sing again but she wants fans to know that her voice is much deeper now. She told Rolling Stone, "I'm a different singer now. There was a lot of coming to terms with that. It's been one of the obstacles in my life I've just had to learn to live with."
The new album is expected in May, but her debut single will be released in March.
