Looks like 'the Situation' has a serious situation.
Mike Sorrentino widely known for his role Jersey Shore has dodged his taxes again and could face up to 20 years in prison because of it.
He has been accused of neglecting to pay taxes from 2010 to 2012 on 8.9 million dollars income from promotional events. Sorrentino has been accused of filing false returns and claiming millions in business expenses. Because of this, him and his brother have been indicted in Newark New Jersey. Mike has also been accused of failing to file a personal 2011 income tax return, while on the same day making multiple cash deposits in different bank accounts, to evade the banks' IRS reporting requirements.
Mike's attorney says that he will enter a plea of not guilty on April 17th.
