In a new study, increased coffee consumption increases the longevity of your life.
In this study around 20,000 people 37+ found that those who consumed four cups of coffee a day had "a 64% lower risk of all-cause mortality than those who never or almost never consumed coffee."
This study says that drinking four cups of coffee a day can be part of a healthy diet.
