Y’all know I am not shy about my faith and my relationship with God. I’ve grown up a Christian.. and I was baptized when I was in the 4th grade. As my relationship with God has grown over the last year.. it’s just became so much more impactful and so much more intentional then it was back then. As I started stepping into leadership at @citychurchchi I felt the tug on my heart to get re-baptized but, felt like it was “too late...” like I was too far into being involved to do it now. But, last night at #CityChicksPastor @allimunsey preached about taking bold steps. So, May 23, 2018 under the stars amongst some of my closest friends. I took a bold step and said YES to publicly declaring I am a child of God! Swipe right for the video.
