Martina McBride is officially being sued alone with her husband John McBride.
According to TMZ, the two are being sued by a former intern who believes the couple used their interns to do ridiculous jobs like, clean bathrooms, set up and tear down equipment, deliver food.. etc.
The plaintiff Richard Hanson is seeking $1 million and other damages.
Hanson is upset because he was never paid, and was asked to do so much. Apparently he was even asked to check for an intruder at the McBride's hope and was armed with a gun provided by John McBride.
