Well a new study from The Cut says that 8:45 p.m. is the "best time to go to bed" if you want to be happy during the day and be productive.
They say getting in bed by 8:45 allows you to be asleep by 9:15 giving you that healthy 8 hours of sleep.
In the study they say that some folks don't agree at that bed time because you feel like you'll be missing out on things, but they argue that you'll be so well rested and get so adjusted that you won't even care about those little concerns.
