Welp, when I was younger.. I always had mom and dad drop me off at the mall on the weekends to hang with friends.. but that can't happen anymore for kiddos in the city!
Starting on Friday at 4 p.m. unaccompanied minors will no longer be allowed at Water Tower Place because of the number of offenses caused by young ones recently.
The policy is called parental guidance required and will be in effect every Friday and Saturday afternoon and evening and strictly enforced until further notice.
To even get into the mall patrons will have to have ID to prove they are over 17 OR be with someone over the age of 21.
