A new study is saying that you shouldn't check your phone until after you've had your breakfast.
When we open our phones first thing, it can really set the mood for your day without even letting you factor in to how that will go.
Your brain needs time to let you find your own thoughts instead of someone else basically telling you how you should feel.
So, this study suggest that you leave your phone plugged in on that night stand while you get up, shower, brush your teeth and eat breakfast.
