In the White House briefing today, President Trump announced the ability to defer your federal student loans.
Federal lenders are ordered to allow borrowers to suspend their student loan payments for 60 days (or possibly longer if we have to) without penalty.
Borrowers are instructed to contact their lenders for further information.
