TRUST ME ONE DAY AT A TIME.
Raise your hand if you have or have ever had trust issues. (my hand is up)
It's one of those things where especially with uncomfortable situations or even with people, trust is not a natural response.. ESPECIALLY if you're dealing with hurt.
I love this line from the devotional today;
Tomorrow is busy worrying about itself; don't get tangled up in its worry-webs. Trust Me one day at a time.
Seriously, THAT is good. If we spend our whole lives worrying about what is coming next.. it's just going to stress us out. But, what if we just took it one step at a time.. one foot in front of the other and fully trusted in God to get us to where we are going.
Pray this prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, Allow me to trust you today. I don't want to spend my life worrying about what will come next because I know you have that in control. Cover me in peace today and guide my steps to walk faithfully in the purpose you're calling me to. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
