Ya know, sometimes you just need to ask for help and I love that for today that is what we're talking about.
It can be uncomfortable, or maybe you feel it's just downright unnecessary, but here's what our devotional says today;
I take pleasure in hearing your prayers, so feel free to bring Me all your requests. The more you pray, the more answers you can receive. Best of all, your faith is strengthened as you see how precisely I respond to your specific prayers.
Man, isn't that so true! God wants us to bring EVERYTHING to him.. whether that's telling him we need financial assistance.. if we need help with the kids.. just a little break.. help with clarity in a situation.. there are SO many different areas in our lives that sometimes we are just scared to ask for help in.
Pray this prayer today: Dear Heavenly Father, Today I ask for help. You know the desires of my heart and what I am struggling with today and I bring that directly to you. I ask that you help me navigate through the uncomfortableness that sometimes goes along with asking for help. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
