Coffee Can Help With Your Seasonal Depression

Do you suffer from seasonal depression?

If you're not sure what that is... the definition of seasonal affective disorder is; A mood disorder characterized by depression that occurs at the same time every year. It occurs in climates where there is less sunlight at certain times of the year. Can include fatigue, depression, hopelessness and social withdrawal.

A new study done by the Institute for Scientific Information on Coffee shows that a cup of coffee every four hours can help improve your seasonal depression!
