Food Network just released details of a survey they conducted with a nutritionist and there are 15 foods that could potentially be ruining your skin.
Honestly, I have a lot of these on the daily... time to rethink what I'm eating.
Here are the ones they say we should stay away from or just eat in moderation:
- Fried Foods
- White Rice
- Salty Snacks
- Movie Theater Popcorn
- Processed Meats
- White Bread
- Sweetened Teas
- Energy Drinks
