Juan Rodriguez was a father to his three children, a social worker, and an Iraq war veteran. But his world came crashing down last July when he went to work one day and forgot his 1-year-old twins Luna and Phoenix were in the back seat of his car. He was supposed to drop them off at daycare. Eight hours later he returned to his car to find their lifeless bodies.
Their mother and Juan's wife, Marissa Rodriguez, recently sat down with Dr. Phil to discuss the tragic accident, and talk about this impossibly difficult time, and what it's been like forgiving and standing by her husband. Juan has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter charges.
