WHO Says U.S. Has Potential to Be the New Coronavirus Epicenter

Health experts around the globe are watching the United States, holding their breath, and praying we can flatten the curve. The World Health Organization this week announced the U.S. has the potential to become the new epicenter of the dangerous COVID-19 virus. As testing ramps up, officials are likely to uncover more and more cases across the nation. Worldwide, there are more than 450,000 known cases and more than 20,000 deaths. Here in the United States, there are more than 60,000 confirmed cases and tragically 819 deaths.

Experts are urging everyone in the United States to stay home as much as possible to flatten the curve and slow the spread of the virus.
