Illinois is moving into Phase 3 of reopening next Friday, and most people are itching to get back to some feeling of a normal life. Bars, restaurants, salons, and state parks across Illinois will be allowed to reopen under the Phase 3 guidelines that include mask wearing and observing social distancing.
While the rest of the state is moving into Phase 3, it's unclear how much of Chicago will actually reopen. Mayor Lori Lightfoot has yet to announce if the lakefront will be reopened, or if salons will be allowed to open as well.
