For the first time in months, lakefront restaurants in Chicago are open and ready for customers! Restaurants and concessions along the lake were allowed to reopen this week! Don't get too excited though, the beaches are still closed. But hey! At least we can enjoy some cocktails in the sunshine with everyone's favorite view!
Lakefront restaurants will still have to follow the same health and safety guidelines that other restaurants have been following around the city. Indoor seating capacity is capped at 25%. Tables must be spaced at least six feet apart, and no more than six patrons are allowed at one table.
