This is my 10th PAWSChicago Beach Party and I can honestly say it's the best party of the summer!
Dogs, cats and sometimes even turtles come as the guests of their human companions.
Should I bring a pig? Naah, Penelope will stay home and we'll focus on saving dogs and cats.
