It's no big surprise anymore when we see that major events are being canceled or postponed. Now we're hearing about to major events that bring millions of tourism dollars to Baltimore.
The Baltimore Book Festival and Light City are being canceled for 2020. The Book Festival is expected to come back next year, but Light City won't return until 2022.
All large scale public events are being canceled through the end of 2020, but no official statement has been issued on the city's New Year's Eve celebrations.
