I remember having this book assigned to me to read in English class in high school. What I mean by that is, they told me to read it, I didn't understand the book AT ALL, so I used Sparknotes and waited until my inevitable presentation on the book revealed I had no idea what it was about. What's that phrase? C your way through high school but B something different? Something like that... I've known for a long time that I am a movie seer over a book reader any day of the week which is why I'm very excited about this film. Finally, two degrees and nine years after the original homework assignment I will understand what it was Ray Bradbury was trying to say. Only this time, I'll get to see two world class actors portray the characters instead of my brain trying to picture something in my head and end up falling asleep 10 pages in. What can I say, I'm a visual learner.
