Technology is amazing, isn't it? I mean... just look at how crisp and clear this re-release looks. The movie was made 50 years ago and honestly at first I thought it was a remake not a remaster! (full disclosure, I was forced to watch the movie in high school and promptly fell asleep every class for a week straight). For the longest time I thought this movie had the famous line "Danger Will Robinson, Danger!" Whoops.... I know I know, bad look for a self proclaimed "movie guy" like me but this movie was before my time! Obviously I will need to see it in theaters because it "changed the way all movies were made" whatever that means. I'll have to see for myself during this limited engagement...

Side note: I'm aware the line "Danger Will Robinson, Danger" is from the old tv show "Lost In Space" however...did you know they just remade that too? First episode came out last week...
