See, this is what I love about country music. The whole vibe of community and helping each other reach for success. When a song goes #1, ALL the songwriters get credit not just the artist you hear on the radio. When a song wins an ACM award or something similar to that, ALL the songwriters are invited on stage to accept it because in country music, that's what matters. Everyone gives credit where credit is due and I love that. Florida Georgia Line are mega super huge country stars, they could've easily said "no" to Morgan Wallen on performing this song on tv, what do they need the exposure for? Morgan can do the song on his own right? Well that may be the case for Top40 music where everyone has too big of egos to share a spotlight but not country music. Morgan asked and FGL flew in to show support of a new artist on the rise. Which is why country music will always be better than any other genre in my opinion, not for the songs you hear on the radio, but because of the community behind those songs. It's unlike anything else and I hope it never changes.
