Maren Morris & Ryan Hurd GO OFF On Haters Commenting On Her Photos

As reported by Taste of Country, Morris posted a picture of herself serving a "LEWK," as she called it, and an internet troll decided it was their job to not so kindly comment. The poster said that if Morris wanted to wear revealing outfits and post pictures of herself wearing them online, she shouldn't be offended if men objectify her and expect to be able to ask her for sex. Morris, being the confident woman she is, quickly responded that she's happily married, and that her man doesn't even need to ask.

Hurd, on the other hand opted to jump in full force and defend his wife. "I don’t usually respond because Maren can handle herself," he writes. "But I had a whole response to this based on the fact that usually only dudes leave that sh-t on here but you’re a woman! Wow! Maybe even a mom, I didn’t check but I would hope no one ever said something like that to you or maybe your poor, poor daughter, who will probably grow up in a house that tells her that her own body is a bad thing.

"Maren isn’t naked," Hurd continued, "Leave my wife alone and go back in the hole you crawled out of."

POWER. COUPLES. ONLY. LOVING the support these two have for each other. A few things: one, Being jealous/envious of someone's body or image is one thing, it happens. We all can't be Brad Pitt or Chris Hemsworth, no matter how much time I spend in the gym how hard we try because sometimes genetics just work different for different people and I love pizza and beer late on Tuesday nights. Can we use that as motivation to improve ourselves so we feel more comfortable in our own bodies? Absolutely. Should we be praising body image on social media regardless of what someone looks like? YES. This world is full of hate. Gotta support each other to counter all the bad out there. But...sadly, I'm the minority in that state of mind.

Two, you know what you can't do? You can't deflect how bad you feel about yourself or past life decisions by body shaming anyone on social media. It really shows your true colors. You think you're tough by hiding behind a computer screen trying to ruin someone else's day because your life didn't pan out exactly how you want it? Do you have nothing better to do in your life than try to break other people down and bring them to your level of pathetic existence? Get lost. If you're an internet troll, you're no friend of mine. Delete/unfriend/destroy your phone and any other internet access you may have, no one wants you around.

Three, don't come after Maren Morris. I thought we learned our lesson the last time this happened. She's clapped back before on people spreading negativity on her posts and she's put them in body bags for all the internet to see. This time Ryan Hurd jumped in and this woman got internet murdered twice. I'm pretty confident in saying that Maren Morris is probably the ONE person on social media you do not want to try to bring down....her or Wheeler Walker Jr. That guy does not care who you are or what you do, he'll bury you. Just be nice, mmkay?
