This is so cool! Right in the middle of Broadway in Nashville you have the meeting of two incredible talents from different genres of music! CMT Crossroads is one of my favorite television concepts of recent memory. I remember the first one I ever saw was John Mayer and Keith Urban and I was blown away. Probably have that to thank for my love of country music. I was already a fan of John Mayer but I had never really listened to a single Keith Urban song until after that episode. Was it a little different falling on the ear when Leon took a verse? Absolutely, but he made it his own and that's why this works. We need more of this. I've said it before but we should be celebrating the crossing of genres. Music is meant to be celebrated and the more collaborations like this we have, the better music will be! Can't wait for the next episode!
