What Meals To Avoid At Some Of Your Favorite Restaurants

This list has been popping up all around the internet telling you what the 15 highest calorie meals are at some of the nations favorite restaurants and honestly I'm not okay. A lot of these hit close to home. You can check out the full list HERE but I'll run through just a few of my favorites with you.

Outback Steakhouse Prime Rib

OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE PRIME RIB: Complete with a dressed baked potato, a blue cheese wedge side salad, as well as half a loaf of the amazing marble bread (butter included obviously). After it's all done? You're looking at 2400 calories, over 70 grams of fat and more than 3000 milligrams of sodium, talking salt here, folks. Steer clear.

Shake Shack Double SmokeShack Burger

SHAKE SHACK DOUBLE SMOKESHACK BURGER: This one is problematic for me because I ate this exact meal about 4 days ago. Complete the meal with a side of fries (No cheese, I'm not THAT bad) and a peanut butter shake (It was either the shake or the cheese) and you're looking at almost 2300 calories, over 50 grams of saturated fat (the bad fat) and nearly 3200 milligrams of sodium. Probably why I woke up feeling the way I did. Full on food baby in my stomach.

Red Lobster

RED LOBSTER CREATE YOUR OWN COMBO: This one is a little precise but I'd be lying if my mouth didn't water a bit after hearing this lineup. Three shrimp dishes (Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut, Walt's Favorite, and Linguine Alfredo), french fries, Caesar salad, and a Cheddar Bay Biscuit with a 24-ounce Lobsterita. Granted...that is a LOT of food for one person but if you feel like putting it all down yourself, it's going to cost your figure 3,600 calories, 37 grams of saturated fat, and a whopping 6,530 milligrams of sodium. Yikes...

Again, you can check out the full list here! Now please excuse me while I go hit the treadmill for the next three hours. @TraceAHamilton
