One of the all time classic Disney films. A personal fan favorite of mine. From the music, to the story, to the animation, as a child I was enthralled by The Lion King. So much so, I wanted to be Simba for Halloween. I'm pretty sure I had a Lion King blanket as a kid too. Growing up my family spent our vacations in Orlando, Florida and seeing the lions in Animal Kingdom is a memory that I will cherish forever. WHICH IS WHY I FREAKED OUT WHEN I SAW THIS TRAILER! This looks incredible. The CGI looks way too real that some high people might confuse this for an Animal Planet/Planet Earth documentary... The cast is stacked with Hollywood stars too and I am geeked to see one of my favorite Disney movies of all time come to life once again. Are you? When do tickets go on pre-sale? This might be one I see multiple times in theaters and then pre-order the digital copy. Will you be seeing the live action Lion King? I hope so. No chance this flops at the box office.
