Ohhhhhhhh BOY do I love a good throwback picture. This one is my current favorite of 2019 (so far). Baby Luke Combs from ten years back rocking a shaved head mullet (almost more of a rat tail if you ask me but who's judging?) complete with racing stripes on the SIDE. What a look.
