Today is one of the coldest days ever recorded in Chicago. "Barbaric cold" "Life-threatening temperatures" "Extreme freeze" "Really f**king cold" are all phrases I've heard to describe what today will feel like. I'll be honest. I've yet to set foot outside. I will later...once the temperature goes from -18 to -12. I'm sure that feels so much better... Anyway, there are a few psycho Chicagoans out there who braved the conditions (or had a really good look from inside their apartments) and captured what Chicago looks like on one of the coldest days ever recorded.
