Any loss of life is tragic. It puts you in a place you never imagined yourself going to. To lose a child, a wife, a mother, a best friend, a father is sometimes part of life but that doesn't make their passing any easier to deal with. Some jobs are safer than others. I sit behind a microphone in a studio every day. There are individuals far more braver than I who constantly put themselves in harms way to protect and serve their community, their country and their family. And to those men and women who do that, I have the utmost respect. So does Justin Moore. If you've ever been to a JM show, you know it is a very patriotic experience. Raising glasses to those who have served, are currently serving and especially those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Which is why this video and song make so much sense for Justin Moore. The man is a patriot who respects the men and women who serve and protect this country at all levels.
I'll be honest though, the part that got to me the most, was the classroom scene. To think that becoming a teacher could potentially have a "risk of life" asterisk next to the application because there are horrible, sick, twisted people in this world just makes my heart hurt. Teachers, the molders of minds, the leaders of our youth, they deserve our respect too.
To avoid me from rambling on any further, I'll just say this: all in all, fantastic message in an powerful powerful song from Justin Moore and I'm very happy I could share this with you. @Traceahamilton
