Time are changing INDEED. Looks like the Cyrus house is going to have a good time for a long time to come. Now, I'm not positive that this weed safe is in the basement of Billy Ray's home, but I can't say I would be 100% surprised if it was. Imagine being so stinking rich that you have a safe taller than your wife just for your drugs...and is that a bouquet of marijuana Tish is holding in that second picture???Wow.
