It's been a few months since Alex Trebek announced his diagnosis of Stage 4 pancreatic cancer and in an exclusive update with PEOPLE magazine, Trebek appears to have some good news! To only be in treatment in a few months and have some of your tumors shrinking by more than half must be an incredible feeling! There's a long way to go, obviously, but this is a GREAT sign!
