Hardy Enlists 17 Friends/Artists To Create 'Hixtape Vol. 1, And It's GOOD!

Hardy went and did the damn thing on Friday when he released the geniusly named 'Hixtape Vol. 1'. Or as Hardy might put it, he "ran the damn ball." Every single song on this thing is filled with fun. It's a great listen from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Saw someone in the IG comments saying "This album is the perfect example of everything wrong with country music today" or something to that effect. That guy, not only sucks, but he's also wrong. Name another artist who brought together everyone under the sun, ranging from superstars like Diffie and Urban to friends and rising stars like Devin, Langston, Wallen and so many more in between? SEVENTEEN artists hopped on this thing and I want Hardy to break that number when Vol. 2 comes out.

Cole Swindell, Dustin Lynch, Morgan Wallen, Trace Adkins, Joe Diffie, Thomas Rhett, Hunter Phelps, Jameson Rodgers, Keith Urban, Hillary Lindsey, Mitchell Tenpenny, Jon Langston, Tracy Lawrence, Jake Owen, Zakk Wylde, Lauren Alaina, and Devin Dawson. All on one album.. NOT BAD.

Hixtape is a collaboration for the next generation of country. A fun collection of songs that, while they may not be on your radio anytime soon, should definitely be on every country party playlist you create moving forward. Well done. - @Traceahamilton
